The Water Balloon is a very random weapon that can deal a decent chunk of damage if you get lucky. When shot, it will choose a random flight path that is within a couple degrees of a normal flying shot, bounce a small distance with random amount of times on the ground and once done, it explodes into a spray of 10 water projectiles that spreads to both sides, dealing distance scaled damage. Only the water from the balloons deal damage, as any balloon impacts does nothing. Due to its random nature, it is advised to use this weapon against groups, where hitting the general area is enough. It is worth noting that the water balloon may not bounce at all and explode once it hits the ground. This tends to happen more often if the balloon lands near an enemy tank.
